MARCUM has passed the SAS Review and approved for SIRG to use them as their accounting firm. The E is removed.

The APP Permit has been approved and will be transferred when the Reclamation bond is posted.

Funding details will be released.

The LOI will be closed and SIRG will own 90% of the mine.

SIRG is buying the additional 90 acres south of the claim.

Desert Construction will begin construction of the new heap leach pad/pond.
