Yep. The beauty of da kind herb. Too grass roots. Too hard to regulate under FDA...folks will just balk and it will go back to black market. Too safe to need regulation. The only feasible way for feds to get their piece of the pie is through taxation. Pharma may get some of the pie through a product like Sativex and folks can get the product through their insurance. I like the non-Pharma angle with BBio products.
