The problem is no one knows what they have. Compounding this problem are DUTV statements, claims and Tweets which have only served to diminish any confidence that shareholders & potential investors might have in DUTV.
The only thing someone trying to find facts about DUTV can conclude is that as of the last quarter financial report, they have not been diluting the stock.
That's just not enough imo.
