Treaty was diluting WAY before any BK petition. LOL
Anybody that takes the time to consider the pedigree of the principals behind Treaty will come to the same conclusion. And I surmise the judge will likely as well.
The case is opened just so the judge can access the amount of damages, nothing else...... It's just a question of how much.....
