So much could be avoided if the turnaround on these things didnt take MONTHs, then years. Most issues can be hashed out in a meeting the same day....imagine pulling this crap doing a project in school? The system is setup by lawyers for lawyers to drag things out. I have a hope that Big Data will streamline the courts....its just a matter of when, and given such a pivotal undertaking, will probaly be decades from now.
