The operative word in the notice is potential.  Have you ever received a cancellation notice from your car insurance company because your premium payment was late? The notice usually says something like "your insurance will be cancelled unless payment is received or has already been sent...."

This is no different.  As highflier says, once Bob presents the facts...it should be all cleared up.  

The last posting on the other board by Slaz is very misleading.  He quotes the notice, complete with the word "potential" and then continues as if this is a done deal.  Don't fall victim to his nonsensical rhetoric.
