As for the 400m shares, they will remain restricted for a specified period of time as per SEC rules. The company has to issue them restricted so do not let the desperate bashers try to fool you with BS that shares will hit the market and TA is gagged, cuz that is all desperate tactics from stuck short sellers who see major players showing up to buy up the shares and are now very scared on how much they will lose as we take the stock up to pennies!
