Things that people of every conceivable group(except satanists) agreed on even until the 90's as the foundation for society are now crimes to even think- "if you dont agree w my beliefs I have the right to kill u and u cant do anything about it" -(thats a satanist creed)
in the legal system, in a democracy, unlike a dictatorship, there is supposedly constitutional due process, because in a western democracy the state is the servant of the people- as the constitution says "we the people"- the power is in the people, who grant certain powers to the state and limit the powers of the state,as does the constitution and the bill of rights.
Thus people cannot be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.
This requires people 1st be notified of alleged infractions, innocent until proven guilty,and have the opportunity to contest via EQUAL representation (which everybody knows does not exist- thats why these relatively powerless pennies have been targeted, because big business had too much legal and political clout to successfully target (see e.g. author of Predator nation on Charlie Rose show) in a court of law.
Unlike dictatorships where the state-the prosecutor-is judge, jury and executioner.
And prosecutors mindset often becomes that everybody is guilty. This insular dictatorial mindset is why I think prosecutors/ enforcement agencies personnel need to be rotated to other jobs to try to gain the balance of a constitutional perspective, because such groups inherently and naturally gravitate to a dictatorial judge jury and executioner mindset in violation of the constitutional oaths they have taken.

and then hand down sentences as judge, jury and executioner before the co's or stockholders (except shorters working w those agencies etc and w brokers and mm's issuing naked shorts w apparent impunity because they are reportedly in a buddy system w some of these agencies-e.g a broker sponsor is required to remove a trade for trade,and brokers/mm's regularly get way w far worse things than the co's who are targeted by these agencies) even know something is afoot-the 1st notice is the in violation of due process sentence.

Very few pennies break through to operational success like CWRN did - and when they do all the forces of a dictatorship - aligned w shorters - are applied to destroy the stock in an attempt to destroy these co's, and also applied to destroy the co's operationally - and these things are done on a selective basis due to political motives- forces not content just to be in power but demanding everybody adopt their belief system or deprive them of life, liberty and property without due process. Historically more people have been persecuted,deprived of property and killed without due process for their beliefs than for their actions- this again is the hallmark of a dictatorship obsessed with control and power.
in this environment other now famous co's, which are now great successes but were initially pennies, could not have survived. Its as if its part of a larger movement to destroy the country and Britain (as many believe and have written about) ever since they were used to stop the puppetmasters previous generational attempt to prematurely capture the world via Nazi ideology/ Hitler,for it became apparent a hitler could not capture the world as long as no group of countries could destroy the USA militarily (even after decades of decline the US navy is still stronger than all the navies of the worlds combined) so the purpose became to destroy the foundation which made the USA the strongest empire in history-destroy the foundation and the house will collapse.
