Except for the fact that I was told about the possible IPO in 2011.  Maybe that's when they thought they had a viable JV, that was going to make them look good.  Surprised to see my contact on the shareholder list... I conclude Yee was not telling him everything.  Probably HE wasn't telling ME everything, although he did give me a heads up on the lawsuit.  That's when I sent him a nastygram asking why they'd want to kill the golden goose and the share price when they held 70M shares combined. and oh gee thanks for screwing the rest of us in the process.  Go figure!  Can't wait to see them screwed in court and their stock screwed, while we make well earned comeback.
