I'm implying that the manipulation and shorting continues.  Do you really believe somebody sold 3.9mm shares at this point in TECO's business plan?  Qty 5 wells in process?  Why would anyone be selling now versus at least holding a couple more months for results?  It's a very odd lot trade as well.  Someone was either desperate or a complete idiot or it's manipulation. It could have been a pre-arranged buy order at the bid and the MM/brokers want to disguise it as a sell or short?
