It really bothered me when I saw that IPoint was no longer acquired.  It does affect the entire trifecta.  IPoint was a big part of the sell to me in buying any shares.  The only reason I can see keeping IPoint as a private company at this point is to personally take in the money from IPoint.  Keeping more for oneself.  I really don't see it any other way.  IPoint was going to be a revenue stream and now that revenue stream is taken away.  I think the shareholders deserve an explanation to this.  When it was promised an not given I had to pull.  I really liked Clark up to that point and I am going to watch to see how all of this plays out.  But like I said before a man is only as good as his word....if you don't mean it don't say it.  Anyone who knows me will tell you that is one of the biggest pet peeves of mine.  I can see your point as well.  Too many shady characters are involved in one sense or another...making Clark guilty by association.  It is hard for a shareholder to defend a CEO when he isn't giving his shareholders what they need...and that would be answers.
