Still not a clear sign as divergence is still in weak territory for a positive move.  But, as we've seen, it doesn't take much to push it out of its hole.  I've added anyway.  But my risk may be different than many others.  Killed it on ECTE today and GALE, so I would definitely like to shift my attention to CTIX.
