Brads still in info gathering stage no doubt - getting info from dtc is like pulling teeth
As I've said in public posts if the shares oppeheimer sold did not come from CWRN then CWRN should be able to pressure dtc to get restrictions lifted- the so called freeze when 1.361 m shares traded today
Best available info so far is CWRN either did not issue restricted or if it did CWRN followed all the rules re such and it was solely Oppenheimers error and this may have happened to some other co's also in the dtc cattle drive
level 2 nite 10000 sh at .0004 ,then ask goes to .0011
