Should be interesting to see how the market reacts.
I find it odd (and a big coincidence) that the potential of a global lock occurs...
Just as the company is completing the CE Mark process.
Almost one year since the DTC Chill was lifted (in what many agreed was record time for a penny stock).
Because the complaint is based on share issuances back in 2009/2010, the company has completed the CE Mark process, and the Chill was removed so quickly, I'm leaning towards a short term hurdle to clear.
