Thanks Teco IR . You  should  also  know  that Treaty does not control roadways, the County does and may limit heavy weight truck traffic for various reasons . This hurts when you got a load of oil to get out and they close the road to tankers or possibly wanting to move a rig. The only steady reliable element in this business is  my monthly statement I receive for operating costs its never late.
