He is upset that Baltia did not put the actual letter up there on regulations.gov.....AS THEY HAD TOLD EACH AND EVERYONE OF US WHO CALLED THAT THEY WOULD.

Fine...the letter was too complicated for most to understand, but attaching the letter to the letter from Stephanie would have killed any doubts...............

As it is this way.....it just looks like more tip toeing around the situation................
