This is absolutely true.
We absolutely don't mind. In fact, we will be glad to answer any questions you may have (we do encourage it). We just ask that people call/email us directly if they have any concerns that need an answer to (we don't check investorshangout every moment of the day). People seem to enjoy asking us questions on here and we're happy to answer them when we get a chance/have the ability to.
However, un-answered questions on investorhangout just means that we probably didn't check the message boards and the question got buried or that some questions have private information in them that we can't post a reply to (I've sent PMs to some people because the answer contains private information in them in referencing prior communications with them), as there are many privacy regulations in place, set by the SEC regarding investments.
