Company rescinded the Purchase Agreement that was entered into with Aclor, Inc. on September 14, 2010, and canceled Thirteen Million, (13,000,000), shares of common stock that were issued in the Aclor, Inc. transaction due to non-performance by the Sellers. All shares were returned to Company treasurer.
