That's correct.  The rule is to prevent people from alerting stocks that gap up.  After all, we want to give every MVP board follower a chance to get in on some of the great alert posted on the MVP board.

Also, give me a chance to look into DKAM tomorrow, the chart (you posted earlier) shows a high of .011, but the trades I have been looking at show .01.  I will look into the trading of all of last week tomorrow and if it did in fact reach .011, you will be eligible for an MVP award.  Thanks for being patient.
