An unfortunate part of the settlement is that the bashing will go on as long as the notes exist. I'm pretty convinced bashers work for those converting notes. It's a basher perfect world to have notes on a legitimate company with high potential and skeletons. The positives make this very pump-able and the negatives make it very bash-able. It's a manipulators dream.
