The poster Eliot Ness over on another board has specifically called TelVue sleazy.  Now, this sounds to me like he is getting very close to libel in his postings.  I have tried to help him out by asking him to define what he means by the term, and to provide information to back up his claim.  Perhaps he is merely mis-using the word and is being mis-understood.

I have seen it mentioned previously that TelVue actually monitors what goes on on that board.  Perhaps their legal advisors will take note of the posting and intervene in some way.
