Peanuts. I will attempt to.
First you must have a selection of photos to choose from.
Go to settings ( upper right corner )
Go to my photos
Choose of foto from your PC
Upload foto
Right click on foto you want in your post
Click of Copy Image
Go to the post you are working on
Right click on message
Click Paste
It should be in the message / There are I think more than one way but for me this is the easiest
