Yesterday was a perfect example on USU. I sold at $10.60 premarket after it gapped up $1.50 premarket. I had bought those shares a couple days early near $7.50. Currently I am going to see where the short sellers will try to bring her down to before covering again. The key for me is to buy that support level where shorts start covering and then when it pops up sell on the volatility. USU has been my biggest money maker in the last two months outside of FNMA and FMCC !
