Big difference between SUSPENDED AND BEING CANCELLED... Look closely at the 10Q.  The Joint Venture between SWRF and iPoint TV is still moving forward it is suspended. Adjustments are being made to satisfy the completion of the acquisition of iPoint TV. This is being done for the best interest for Swordfish. Look at the deadline and put the pieces together. This will all be worked out.
