I'm afraid you're right. I've come to a realization that I really don't care if they get a JV going now for B or P. I used to hope that would stoke the fire, get us off the OTC, and get some new investors and some respect.
Now I expect that K will really be the mover and it won't happen until Q1 '14 at the earliest. Hopefully the share can (or won't have to) endure PR's about plans to do something instead of just updates of cohorts or something actually being done/ submitted.
