I still have not seen Baltia's document on regulations.gov.....nor for that matter the comment that I submitted last Friday.

My comment was in response to "Anonymous" and that someone really should not be able to post a comment unless they are willing to stand behind it......by identifying themselves.  My thoughts are that if we knew the identity of the individual (such as Weaseldawg, or President Obama) we would have a better understanding of the meaning and purpose of the comment.    Besides....in a court of law, the accused is allowed to know who his accusers are.

I think what might be delaying the "posting" of my comment could be that last part.....where I said something to the effect that it is about time that Americans once again....and I think I used these words........"Man-up".

Damn.....I wish Dr. Jekyl had written the comment.  Perhaps the delay in posting my comment is the dilema caused by what to do about that last phrase.........

At any rate....regulations.gov still lists "2" comments pending...........
