i do however find it amusing the energy expended across multiple levels 

bottom line is i'm looking for 3 events (material) out of mgmt
3rd imo can't happen without the first 2 .. 
(BoD/8k on 3's ops/sale of a proc to X co. @ Y price tag)

they come on the co.s time line .. not mine .. 
the only aspect i control is my DD and whether i buy/sell or hold my JBII shares 

i have zero issues .. both holding and adding via selective bids placed
