Where is the Fundamental logical error? The company raised money through PIPE funding. This resulted in a cash balance on their Balance Sheet. The money was spent over 4 years in 8M in P&E and the balance (50M in other expenses). Notably SG&A. At 3M/quarter, that is 12M/year... that is about right. That is where the money went. Why don't you ask management where all that SG&A went to??? huh?
They say that a loss is not a loss until you sell. True. that money was funded out of the losses that are NOW BEING REALIZED, and have been realized for years.
How could the money have gone to the MMs? All they do is make a market. They may trade for their own account, I don't know... They sure hae nothing to do with SG&A. The company doe snot pay the MM's out of the SG&A. I have never seen that line item in a Financial Statement.
And whoa re the "players with inside connections"? You mean posters being paid? Positie posters? Consultants? All part of the SG&A. Ask management. They spent the money. They paid them.
