I think the challenges are many. When you become the mercy of another company or company's to provide you with basic things like permits and selling oil, it creates an environment of constantly fighting to stay above water. Company's that are in compliance and in good standings within their industry have it tough enough to raise capital, deal with implementing business plans, and crisis intervention as challenges present themselves.
I can't imagine this team of management just one year ago had any plans of continuing with TECO. Otherwise you wouldn't have ignored Master Default Orders. Something/someone(s) inspired these folks that they could turn it around. Maybe that is when Bull got involved and showed them how you can get it done! This can be a turn around company, but it is going to be painful. No salaries, cut overhead expenses to almost nothing and every dollars goes to produce revenue, pay off debt and reinvest.
There is nothing and I mean nothing like persevering through adversity and feeing the joy of success. I for one being an entrepreneur for 17yrs lived the walk.
Mental balance is necessary to plow through the crap. I for one am staying in - there is too much yet to give up, however, the bars have been raised for accountability because we know so much more now. Thanks TECO for
trying - Don't give up - fight your way back with integrity and character. You will be blessed personally and professionally.
Best to all!!
