Well - We could have some fun with Speculation...  Since we will all be rich in less than 2 weeks.

I will infer from other posts that a decision is on the way.   My guess is that the decision is not so much pass/fail, but more of a lead/follow/get out of the way to the NY office.  I go back to a discussion I had about a month ago with BC.  Where they were investigating the use of Mich. FSDO.  Through Kalitta.  And honestly, I can't let go of the fact that they must have a lot on the line here as well.   I recall the tenor of the conversation in that it was directed in a certain direction.  I can only hope that the entities that were slow to move previously, have been born again to help the cause....
