Contracts is one thing but you putting blame on TECO for the rig having routine maintenance that has to be completed is unfair and unwarranted. You do realize that if this maintenance was not completed, someone knew it needed to be done, something on the rig breaks or does not work correctly, a blowout happens or even worse someone gets hurt or killed, the the drilling company and TECO are held liable. Surely you are not advocating that TECO approach business this way are you? You say you are a long shareholder, if so you do not want TECO to operate in this manner. Ask BP what could happen if things are not done to code.
