Goth..From what I know about t-trades this was a trade the happened in the .0057 range earlier in the morning around 10:26 and never hit the Time In Sales list. So some Brokers catch up at the end of the day and post it. It really means nothing except that another 7+ million shares was transferred into Stronger hands.  BING BADA BOOM!!
