It's way too early to hang the crepe. Even if all 750m shares were issued and outstanding (from present O/S 600m), the company @ 0.02 would have market cap of only $15m. Talk about pocket change.
There are blockbuster products coming down the pike from Berkeley Bio. Did you read the RSO testimonials? There will be thousands of testimonials like that for SK licensed products, and the sales and administration of those products will be 100% legal in CA and any other state with legalized medical cannabis.
I have believed Berkeley Bio is the sleeping goldmine in this company. BB is the sole reason I bought this stock. Well, that sleeping goldmine is wide awake now. The process of digging into the mother lode is about to begin.
