If they increase the A/S that's the last straw.  That is proof positive they have been lying to us all along.  They said they have secured $150 million in financing back in April.  If you truly believe they are going to dilute SKTO like they did to AEGY, then that would mean that iglow has been right all along and this is really a scam.
