Admittedly, Benz and and Allyn fell flat on their faces for not doing sufficient due diligence on the old firm. Everybody knows convertibles are the scourge of the pink sheets and ticking time b@mbs. They should have been unearthed and defused as a condition by Allyn and Benz for their coming aboard. That's when B & A had maximum leverage to force very reasonable restructurings or settlements. Without Allyn and Benz, SKTO would be on the grey sheets right now, and those IOUs and  convertibles would be hopelessly worthless.
