I would like to know why they issued a PR in Oct saying they were going to release fins early and that they were going to be great and then they dropped the ball?  They got everyone excited, gave a tit bit at the last possible minute, then filed  a late notice, then almost filed late again and now no follow up PR?

Why did they do that?
