Joe...your deposition with Schneider got you nowhere. Give it up.

This is what my DD reference DSTV has shown. Apparently the arbitration case did not go well with Peter. My DD has shown that you had accepted $100K offer for assets that you did not own, that Peter bought, and Scott illegally acquired and then turned it down the next day. Why would that be? Why would your partner need to pay you anything for DSTV assets? I can see Scott paying for them for which he hasn't just yet and probably will not do but you remain partners with Scott. Talk about a tangled web....things that make you go...HMMMMMM
