"Save the biased bullshit for the boards where somehow, it is not against the TOU to malign anyone you see fit."
Not a very nice statement considering you are asking a favor of me.
you fellows are just not getting it. It's not as if this is a court of law, and unless you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that someone is guilty, they are innocent. That's the law, and this is the real world, where the gullible are scammed every day by seemingly "legit" companies.
Remember, it's your money that they are stealing. The first thing you need to do is determine whether the company is fraudulent. If you cannot see that JBI has been a fraudulent scam from the very beginning, then there's not hope for you ... it's as simple as that.
BUT: when you finally see JBI for what it is, then you can start reviewing the history of the promotion of the scam. You need to use your brain, be focussed and logical, and start asking questions. You will then start seeing patterns that become more and more clear, and then it's quite easy to see which "hypsters" are part of the scam.
Look at the history of promises, predictions, and STATEMENTS OF FACT (such as the magic catalyst, the $10 per barrel statement (not predictions, not a promises, but "statements of fact"). All have turned out false. And yet, you fellows continually allow yourselves to be deflected (by the compensated pumpers, of course) from this fundamental truth (that JBI/JB has lied about everything from the very beginning). You focus on on "bashers" and the motives of those critical of JBI, and become convinced of ridiculous conspiracies (NSS, WHALES, RKT STEALING TECHNOLOGY). One of the reasons we "truthers" keep following scams such as JBI is because the naivete shown by the true believers is incredibly entertaining ... we just are stunned that anyone could fall for such an obvious scam.
But, you keep believing that JB is an honest, ethical, incredibly hard-working genius who is being undone by nefarious hedge funds (!), or by whales seeking to steal the technology (WHAT TECHNOLOGY???), or by any number of other excuses. Remember: it's YOUR money their stealing, not mine. And remember: WE ARE NOT STEALING YOUR MONEY.
Thousands of times we heard "JB has not sold a single share!" only to find out (IN A DEPOSITION NO LESS, where JB was under oath to tell the truth!), that JB did, indeed, sell 850,000 shares (when the price was much higher). MAHATMAPAUL didn't sell 850k shares, MAHATMAPAUL is not currently fleecing you.
Wake up
