I never said there was -- we get calls on a daily basis asking about some mysterious "X factor" (I literally still don't know what this really is). As I've told people hundreds of times over, the Company gets requests for proposals or offers constantly. This doesn't mean that these projects or proposals go all the way to fruition. There are many projects and opportunities that the Company is exploring as a possible option, but until we sign on the dotted line and get boots on the ground, the deals aren't considered done. 

We're always looking at projects 6-12 months away. Every company have these kind of projects. Time will tell if those projects reach fruition. Some prospects look better than others -- doesn't mean we have the ability or desire to act on them. 

And yes, many of them have NDA clauses on them.
