I did not buy restricted shares and would not buy them for because of the requirement to take them to market.  Those who took the risk want their money out now and several more will follow.  For the exits.  It will get baked in if after a time and a new trading range will be established.  This is better than the company going out of business.  I for one am happy that they are still working and producing oil.  Stockton # 1 is coming on line.  Many whiners will move on.  I will continue to pray and the share holders have a great deal to be happy about with all the current work being done.
