I wish we knew also - besides transitional issues I believe they are working on expanding permits-which we have publicly posted many times
is the govt/ port playing port games again etc?
or just negotiating a long term contract so dont have to go thru months of negotiations every time
or less likely because of the time involved to get new ship port permits,waiting for permits for a new shipbuilding station Navials website planned on by 2014 only 9 miles from the mine that would avoid the port games we've seen-which we've detailed in prior posts
