Pistola,  I am far from an expert on the subject but I believe you mean partner with CTIX for B.  As far as I know, pretty sure we aren't going to sell the drug outright.  In simple terms, a company would partner with CTIX by giving CTIX an upfront cash payment of say (probably/hopefully conservative) $50 million.  Depending on the negotiations, the partnering company would pay for most/all of the development of the drug through FDA approval while paying CTIX milestone payments when the drug met certain pre established milestones, throughout the process.   If/when the drug is approved, partnering company would have exclusive marketing rights, being either worldwide or certain territories.  At which time CTIX would also make a % of sales.
