In the 11/05 conf call it was stated that SK provides the several formulae to the wholesale managed collectives that take the raw material that contains the medicine and manufacture it into finished products licensed to SK in respect to manufacturing and marketing, and then these wholesale managed collectives sell these finished products to other dispensaries.
