When I was taking auditing and tax classes, an audit can be as quick as 2 weeks. It'll take 12 hour days, but it's possible. Also, they could audit them faster because Oct/Nov are not really busy tax seasons. 

SKTO will wait for the annual to get audited. It makes more sense that way anyways.
