Re-read it again. Still can't find it.
I see:
-handing out shares like candy to cover expenses
-convertible notes hitting the market
-no revenue
-firing everyone
Can't see the terms of the deal. Oh well, maybe not important. (Hopefully, I've just overlooked them 3 times. Will try again later).
