Well said! IMO there is a chance they don't cover at all whether the wells are completed and pumping 200 BPD combined or not. IMO the PR announcing such IP and/or continuous production might not amount to a piss hole in the snow as far as the market is concerned since so much past credibility damage has been done. Investors/buyers might only come in large volume based on financial filings and then the shorts should cover for certain. Time will tell how much risk the common market wants to take on TECO. If buyers need future SEC official 2014 10Q's showing increased revenues and reduced costs to invest then the shorts might not cover for months since the first 2014 financials won't be filed until ??? Meanwhile I read quite a bit of overexuberance versus DD or what's really going on. Ra Ra Cis Boom Ba!
