As I read it, the shares SK issues to Crystal in the staggered settlement of 07/03/2013, that avoids a threatened lawsuit from those karmically damned vultures, are and will be restricted. Apparently, they do not know that unbridled greed is repaid over time with luckless misery. Too bad.
