Report has NO financials. No gross income, no operating income, no net income. No cash flow or cash on hand. Seems they disclosed it will be appended to the Q3 now filed.
O/S has increased slightly from 593, 000, 000 to 601, 500, 303 shares as of 9/30/13. A/S has stayed the same at 750, 000, 000.
Lots of convertible notes that have to be waded thru.
