I agree. I will be loading at 0.0002 and will slap 0.0003 when funds become available to do so.
My plan to buy a bunch at 0.0003 did not go well because other, more liquid opportunities became available to me. I do believe that BCAP will make all of us more liquid in January so I will be loading up into tax loss selling this month and next month.
