Yesterday the bid price for TelVue was $15.25. The bid price is the price that someone is willing to pay for a share of TelVue stock. Today the bid price was $15.28 . So who in their wildest dreams would raise the bid by 3 cents and expect something to happen. A person ??? No !! A computer doing what it is told. Put out a bid. If no one sells increase the bid. A computer is not stupid except when programmed by an idiot. These programs have not been changed forever.THE REASON IS THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE WORKED. Take the share price down and people will sell. Take the share price of TelVue down and the people wait for  an  opportunity. Make a bid that you think will get you as many shares as you can afford. Buy what you can and hold what you have.
